What do I need to apply?
The usual stuff – personal information such as SSN, date of birth and income information, as well as contact, employment and collateral information (if applicable). Additionally, we may request paystubs or other documentation depending on the credit card type.
Is a credit pull necessary?
There’s no getting around this one! We will pull a credit history to ensure you qualify.
What is Gross Income?
Your gross income is your income before taxes and other deductions come out. We request your monthly gross income for the application.
Can I add more than one person to my loan application?
Yes. Choose to apply as a “joint.” This will allow you to add information for an additional signer to the loan.
How do I enter a spouse’s income?
Choose a joint application and enter your spouse’s income under the joint applicant’s income section. Do not enter it as “other” income for yourself.
How long does it take to get an approval?
This varies depending on the completeness of the application and the strength of your credit. Often, you can get a response in under an hour if an application is received during working hours, but we do require two full business days.
How can I check the status of my application?
What do I do after I get an approval?
Once your application is approved, you will be contacted by a Vectra Bank representative to let you know how to complete the process, or you can contact the branch you selected to complete the process as well. You may be required to provide documentation, depending on the credit card you are requesting.
When will I receive my new card(s)?
Once your application is approved, and any supporting documents submitted, you can expect to receive your card within 7–10 business days.
